Kevin and Carol Daly have been renting their properties for thirty years. We have a wide assortment of houses and multi-family units located close to UF Campus, and we cater to college students.

Direct Owners
Kevin and Carol live near the properties. Tenants deal directly with the owners or Claudette (their assistant), rather than intermediaries such as property managers.
Pets Welcome
We welcome pets at most properties; tenants pay a nonrefundable pet fee.
Experienced Maintenance
The owners use a cadre of experienced professionals for maintenance and repairs, all have worked with us for 20 years or more.
