Kevin and Carol Daly have been renting their properties for thirty years. We have a wide assortment of houses and multi-family units located close to UF Campus, and we cater to college students.
Kevin and Carol live near the properties. Thus, tenants deal directly with the owners or Claudette (their assistant), rather than intermediaries such as property managers, who are often encountered in large complexes or rental houses owned by absentee landlords.
We welcome pets at most properties; tenants pay a nonrefundable pet fee. The owners use a cadre of experienced professionals for maintenance and repairs, all have worked with us for 20 years or more.
We have several units available within walking/biking distance to UF.

We show the properties by appointment only.
All properties include basics, such as refrigerator, stove, ceiling fans, blinds and routine lawn care. Most properties have central air/heat. Also, many properties have washers and dryers, or dishwashers. Some properties have fenced yards and garages.
There is a $40.00 application fee. The owners require tenants to pay first and security deposit (in the amount of one month’s rent), and pet fee (if applicable), thirty days before the lease begins. The owners will reserve properties for fall semester if tenants pay a nonrefundable deposit and make scheduled payments through the months preceding the beginning date of the lease.
